Are you looking to get custom printed flags and can’t seem to find anyone who offers them? Or maybe you found someone put they only print certain images on the flags? Well have no fear! Here at AMBRO Manufacturing we custom print on a variety of things including flags. We use basic golf flags that are made out of polyester and you can either get them sublimated or screen printed with a custom design of your choosing.

Not quite sure whether to go with screen printing or sublimation? Well let’s get a quick background on each. Sublimation is a digital printing method for transferring images onto something, which in this case would be flags. This unique ability and is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. When the heat and pressure are applied the dye becomes a gas and absorbs into the flag becoming a part of it. Sublimation is weightless and doesn’t fade or crack and last as long as the flag lasts. Even though sublimation is long lasting it can only be done on things made of 100% polyester and white flags. But you can sublimate the flags any color you would like from black to purple.

Screen printing is the printing process where screens are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light, and then burned with the custom artwork. After those processes they are loaded up onto the printing press and covered in ink, and then they are transferred to the flag. Some down falls with screen printing is that eventually the print may crack and fade and we have a minimum of 12 pieces.
