Here at AMBRO, we specialize in the large format printing, specialty prints, and hat screen printing. Like any other type of screen printing there are some limits that come with screen printing on hats. Since the retail space on a hat is very small, the design or logo cannot have many fine details in it because they will close up with it gets pressed. We have a special press that is the same shape as the hat; instead of a flat screen it has a curve to it so that the hat can fit over top of it without any problems. The typical areas that we use for hat screen printing are the front, and sometimes the back strap if it is flat. You can get any type of hat and any color of hat that you would like, and we will make your design be the best you have seen on any hat.
