First you will let us know whether you would like to have moisture wicking tees or brushed polyester. Yes with sublimation the shirts must be 100% polyester and they must start our all white. Just remember though you can dye sublimate the t-shirts to be any color you would like. So then the next step of the process would be to send us your art work so that we can print it out onto heat transfer paper with special inks that are made specifically for dye sublimation printing. Once your logo has been printed onto the heat transfer paper then it will get heat pressed onto the textile of your choice. When the sublimation inks heat up they transform into a gaseous state which intern they infuse into the polyester materials of the textiles. And then wah lah you have you completed dye sublimated textile.
