To start out with custom printed bandanas we would first need a blank bandana. They can be any color you want or the same color. Next we would need the design. The maximum size for custom printed bandanas that we do is a 23×23 print which is a full bleed over the edges. We can make it smaller if you want a border around the design or however you would like it.

The third thing that we would need to create your custom bandana is ink colors. We have a wide variety of ink colors in house that you can choose from. You can have a white print, black print, etc. Or you can really make it fun and choose one of our glitter inks that we have in gold and silver. We also have a clear glitter that can print on top of a solid color. You have no limits in choosing what color you want for your custom bandanas but to keep something in mind that we charge by the color when we print, so the more colors you have the more it will cost.

Custom Foil Printed T Shirts

Foil printing has been around for quite a while and is starting to make its comeback into the screen printing world. Custom foil printing t- shirts has a different process than normal screen printing. The process for custom foil printing t-shirts starts off with a normal screen print. After the area you want to be in foil is screen printed with ink, you have to cut the foil and place it color side up over the area to be foiled. Once you have done this you can heat press it onto the shirt. The temperature you want to have the heat press at is 325-350F. After you have heat pressed the foil you have to wait until the foil and ink have completely cooled before peeling the foil off.

At AMBRO Manufacturing we use self-weeding foil. This means that after the ink and foil have completely cooled, when you peel the piece of foil off it will automatically leave whatever is over the ink on the shirt. Contract Embroidery

There are many different things that go into how embroidery is done. You have many different thread colors that you can choose from for your contract embroidery design. There are a few things to remember for your wholesale embroidery job. First you have to have a design that is fit for contract embroidery. By this I mean the design has to be the right specs for us to use. It cannot be too small nor have intricate details because it might not be clear when it is embroidered.

Wholesale embroidery is priced based on how many stitches make up the design. We have to digitize the design to know how many stitches there are and also use that on the machines to embroider the design.  If you have the same logo for an order but want the background filled in rather than the shirt showing through, that will be a different price even though it is the same design. Once we digitize a logo that is only a one time charge, if you want to get that logo on a shirt later on it will already be created. We have many different size hoops big ones down to small ones so we can embroider any size logo that fits in with our requirements.

After we have your design we send it to our printer, which we have in house, and start the process of printing the bulk stickers.  The paper that we use to print bulk stickers is glossy on one side and an adhesive on the other. Your design will really pop out and be vibrant in color on the glossy paper. We make the design of the stickers to be a tangible size to fit on small areas but large enough where you can see what the design of the sticker is from a distance. We can also make your sticker a simple shape or as detailed of a shape you would like. You can have an infinite amount of colors or just a simple one color design, there are no boundaries.
