Weather is it’s for the local schools or for the recreation teams that surrounds them; we get a huge enjoyment creating their uniforms and spirit wear.

Sports Team Wear

The uniforms that we have created range from cross country all the way to lacrosse. We can individualize them with names and numbers. Most uniforms will be screen printed. We are sent the art that you choose or we can create it for. Our artist then prints film for the screens to be burned. We use those screens to then print the uniforms. The screen is placed over the jersey or uniform and ink is swiped across it. But uniforms aren’t the only thing we will create for sports teams. We love crafting game day apparel for them as well. What better way to show that you are part of the team then with clothing produced just for you. When you see those kids walking down the hallway, you know they are part of the team.

If you don’t already have a Jacket Embroidery created for your company, we have an artist on hand that can make one for you. She will be in contact with you asking you lots of questions to help get an idea of what you’re looking for. She will also create a mock up that shows you where the placement of your logo will be. You can do a front right chest, a front left chest, full back or we can even do the sleeves. If you have a logo already, all we have to do is digitize it. That tells us how many stitches are needed for the artwork itself. We can replicate the colors of your logo using thread. We have a large selection of thread colors for you to choose from. Have you been looking for a new way to display your artwork? Maybe you were considering getting it printed on a canvas or a poster? How about getting it printed on to a t-shirt instead! Everyone now days are opening up their own little boutiques so they can sell art print shirts with their artwork on it. At AMBRO Manufacturing, we can help you turn your artwork into a wearable creation that everyone will be asking where you got it from and your answer will be I designed it myself while AMBRO Manufacturing brought my ideas to life.

Art Print Shirts

We have two techniques that we use to bring your art to life. One is screen printing, the most popular choice in t-shirt printing. We will take your artwork and turn into a film. That film is then used to burn the image onto a mesh screen. The mesh screen is placed overtop the t-shirt and ink is swiped across it. When you remove the screen, you are left with the wonderful image that you have created. The shirt then takes a trip through our dryer so we can sure the ink. The second way we can print your shirt is sublimation. It’s a new way to print into the fabric of the shirt instead of printing on top of it. In this case, the shirt that you choose needs to be 100% polyester. The process to create a sublimated product is vastly different then screen printing. We print your image onto transfer paper. That paper is placed over top your garment, heat and pressure is then applied. This causes a chemical reaction with the ink on the paper and your garment. The image has been transferred. This type of printing is best used if you have an all over print versus a smaller placed image.

As most of you already know, hockey season is well under way! If you’re like me and your life revolves around hockey or any sports for that matter, then I need to let you in a little secret.
